The Power Service provide a range of specialist services to the rented property sector, both residential and commercial, to ensure that Landlords and agents are up to date with current legislation. Currently The Power Service is completing a major contract for Portable Appliance Testing on several sites in the UK.
A recent addition to the portfolio of services has been the installation of water temperature control devices, particularly where vulnerable users might risk scalding. Originally targeted at the Health Care sector The Power Service team is now fitting water temperature control devices for other safety conscious clients, hotel groups and restaurants.
